Should you be unhappy with our services or products, refunds will be given upon request, and without argument. We appreciate any information you are willing to share about areas in which we can improve.

Our site does not acquire information about individuals as they browse it. We do aggregate statistics.

Credit card information, should you pay that way, will not be stored past its submission through our merchant account, and will never be stored electronically by us.

We do not spam, and will only contact you under very limited circumstances (example: complimentary product upgrades, if you purchased right before a new version is released).
