Florida Academic Press
They accept all credit cards, orders by toll-free phone, fax, email, shopping cart, with no monthly nuisance fees. A straight 20% commission, s/h ($3.75) charged to customers, and monthly payments remitted six weeks in arrears. They know small publishers needs, because they are one.

Intrepid Group
This small firm offers both pick and pack only and a more traditional full-service fulfillment option. They promise more personalized attention, and a more informal approach to dealing with clients.
